Cut-off time for eating??

My dinner is at 7pm snack around 8pm0

I don't have one. A lot of people swear by a "don't eat after" rule and it's not a bad idea, but really, our bodies are 24/7 shops and if we need to eat at 9 PM, there might be a reason for it. If you want to enact the rule, do so; if not, try it and see what happens. This is all a trial and error process and what works for one, will not work for another; and may need adjustment later on even.
I exercise later in the evenings a lot and have a snack afterwards. If I had a cutoff time, I'd be one mad lady.
I agree totally. Many years into my Lifestyle Change I never felt the need to have a cutoff time. The only cutoff I have is calories. When I am out of calories, I stop eating. I also work out later in the evenings a lot too.0
