I have been using MFP for awhile now. There is one thing I am still unclear on. Why are we supposed to consume the calories we burned through exercise? I always believed that you need to burn more calories than you consume in order to lose weight.
Thanks!
Thanks!

from being on here for about 6 months i've learned that the calorie goal is already set up for a 1,000 calorie defecit from your BMR. say for me my BRM is about 2880 calories, with MFP im only intaking 1880, therefore when i exercise and burn off extra calories as set by my "lifestyle" of sedentary when i set my goals up-I have to eat back those calories to stay at my 1,000 defecit set up by MFP.
does that make sense?0 -
