College Senior, want my Freshman Weight Back!

Hi all,

Back in HS I had nothing else to really do except focus on my fitness. I did not gain the freshman 15 my first year of college, however, I went for a long period of time without weighing myself and came to find I did gain 15 pounds by Junior year!

Double majoring hasn't helped my situation, so I hope that I can use my time off this summer to get back to what I used to weigh. I walk at least one hour a day and do some light cardio almost everyday, but it just doesn't seem to be enough, I think it is more of a problem with my diet, I binge way too often. I lack so much motivation at the moment, so I hope that by joining discussion with the rest of you will really help!
