I know people bring this subject up a lot but it just seems like so many calories to eat.
I just got done planning the rest of my day.
My calories I should be eating without exercise are 1240 -- lightly active --- set up to lose 1 lb per week.
I earned 558 exercise calories today.
I will have eaten 1750 for the day
Net calories only equal 1192
Doesn't this sound like a lot of calories or is this the way it
is suppose to work when you eat them back?

How many of you really eat them like this and how does it affect your weight loss?
I am just curious if you would like to share.

:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: when I exercise my body demands that I eat more calories or I am weak and lightheaded.........I make sure that everything I eat is nutrition dense so my body is being fueled properly. I don't always eat all my exercise calories and I never eat just to "finish off" the calories that I've burned through exercise.
