I bought a sportline watch a few weeks ago and want to actually start using it for what it is designed for. It is designed to track your heart rate and is suppose to tell me distance, speed, calories and a bunch of other stuff but I think I'm in over my head with the technology. Can someone please explain to me how you use the heart rate to figure out calories burned?
