mines open too if you wanna look. Its mostly good. Been eating healthier since last august and so far, down 37 pounds. Wish it was more but I had a 2 month break for surgery and recovery.0

Feel free to check mine out. It's open. Even though my calories haven't been bad, just ignore the sweets. Hormonal and giving in to chocolate cravings so not eating as much of the fruits and veggies I should. LOL. The automatic adds of calories are servings of my diabetic pizza. Too lazy to log each item or create a meal. Was easier to just add the calories since my recipe book breaks it down.0

Mine's open. I just reduced my sodium to 1500 from 2500 its been a creative challenge.0

I eat very healthfully (and did before joining MFP--it's just the free food at work and food on biz trips that did me in over time).
During the week I eat oatmeal at work for breakfast. On weekends I'm more active and actually have a full breakfast (with eggs or pancakes). I eat fruit as well each morning.
For lunch I eat primarily vegetarian and organic choices (frozen foods) at work. There will always be protein in there.
In the afternoon I eat fruit and also yogurt.
I make most of the dinners in my house and they are well-balanced meals. We don't eat a lot of processed foods. Don't be fooled though I do not deny myself treats (like dark chocolate, wine etc.) but I log everything.
I'm also active each day.0 -

I actually just joined today so I haven't gotten the hang of it as of yet.
I will probably just do the "note" and log my meals there because its just easier for me.
I know I should probably track the calories and all that but I just find it too stressful!!!lol0 -
