C25K runners

I just started the program today and was wondering what you may have found to be the closest thing in the log in order to log your calories? Also any good music you recomend to get your spirts up for running?

    Hi Beach_chelle! I've done the program and completed my first 5K in May. Running is addicting! The best music for me would be something with a beat: Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Black-Eyed Peas or good old rock & roll! The C25K program works, just follow it. Good luck and let us know how you do!

    Well...on my app it says to "repeat until you've walked for 20 minutes" since its a 30 minute workout I log 20 minutes of walking and 10 of running.

    If you get a HRM you can log a fairly accurate number of calories burned.

    I prefer Lady Gaga, Kevin Rudolf, Seether and Shinedown stations on Pandora, the first 2 are great!
