Hi I'm been feelingforty since November 2010. Anyhow I am new to this program. I need to use 755 calories, 141 carbs and 43 protein for the rest of the day. I am already 5 over on the fat. Any suggestions??

Just look at the foods you've eaten that contain the most fat, and try to remove those for the next day. Sometimes simple things such as Olive oil can really add a lot of fat.
Also, when you buy food you need to watch out for fat content if you're struggling to keep it low.
I would add that MFP default ratios for Carbs/Protein/Fat might not be the best that exist. You can change these ratios manually if you are following a specific diet (which might be specific to your needs).0
