I was kinda bummed when I stepped on the scale this morning. I was really hoping to lose more than just 1 pound. I really did work & push myself hard this weekend! I ate healthy all weekend and definitely didn't overeat. Of course, when I finished for the day it told me that eating too few calories makes it harder to lose the weight. I also exercised a LOT! I've been doing better through the week so I guess it's not so bad. I mean, at least I still lost & didn't gain!!! :)

    Don't be disappointed girl! Any loss is a good loss. It sounds like you're really kicking some butt and you WILL eventually see all your hard work paying off not only on the scale but in the mirror too. Woot! Woot!
