i began using your program March of 2010 and have lost 54 lbs so far. It takes discipline to stay the course, but your tracking program helps me everyday. i track everyday. I eat what i want, but within stay within my daily calorie target range. And walk at least 10 miles a week in the winter and 20-25 miles per week iin the sping summer and fall.
