Ive just made my lunch ready for work to know, thought id share what ive made and see what your thoughts are. (didnt have much in so its very basic but yummy)

Durham wheat pasta - 50g : 78cals
Soft cheese philadelphia - 30g :74cals
Red Bell pepper - 1/4 of a large pepper : 16cals
Mixed salad, iceberg lettuce, red cabbage and carrot -100g : 21cals

Total cals = 189

So basically ive made pasta with melted philadelphia cheese and tomorrow before lunch i will mix the pepper and mixed salad, to create my own pasta salad :)

What do you think is this a healthy option for work? (Im also taking a handful of red grapes for my snack cravings )

Sounds delicious! If it was me I'd spice it up with some chilli flakes, but I do like things hot!

Flat-out pizza is healthy! (flat-out wrap, tomato sauce, low fat mozzarella cheese, and turkey pepperoni or whatever other veggies you want)

Turkey sandwich on whole grain bread

Cobb Salad (hard boiled egg white, avacado slices, olives, etc)

That's all I can think of for now!
