Okay here is an update of my weightloss. Let me just start by saying before pic was taken March 2010 & After pic was taken June 2011. I have had sooo much fun losing this weight..

Things I couldnt do before...
1) couldnt walk for long periods of time
2) no energy, didnt want to do much
3) couldnt have sex without running out of breath.
4) couldnt tie my shoes w/o passing out
5) couldnt see my feet
6) didnt have energy to keep up w/my daughters

Things I can do now....
1) walk 3 miles a day
2) have lots of energy to do anything
3) I can go for hours & any position(hubby's favorite)
4) can tie my shoes & ready to run
5) Yay!! I have feet & i can see them...
6) I can out run my daughters....





So with this in mind, What can you do now that you couldnt do Before?
