How early is too early to be in a weight loss slump?? Been doing this for about 1 month and a half.. I found it easier to get up and work out when I first started till now...All I want to do is sleep and I'm always hungry...what is my body trying to tell me?

maybe you're not getting enough calories?0

it's normal for hunger to increase with exercise, you have to fuel your workouts!! just keep track and be sure you are burning more cals than you eat, and make sure you're choosing healthier foods (salad over fries, etc)
you've also got to let your body rest - have an off day!!
