For those of you that have gone or are going through the plateau, how are you coping?

I've lost 22lbs since July but I'm stuck and have been for about 2-3 weeks now. How long has it lasted and how did you get over the hump?

I'm totally in a funk because I can't make anymore movement even though I'm still sticking to my 1340 calorie intake.

Help!

  • Maybe you need to shock your body. Have you tried having 1 day where you completely go over your calories? Do that. It can be fun and helpful all at the same time! :wink:

    I agree going over on calories help. I would eat around 2000 calories a day for about a week and then hit it again full force. It really helps.

    Mix up what you are eating, don't eat the same routine all the time!

    Have you read Banks How I have avoided plateauing ***length warning*** this post broke a lot of peoples. I bumped it up. :drinker:
