    Try bicycling! You can do it at ANY weight, and it burns a crapton of calories, and is anything but dull :)

    Don't get discouraged. You can do power walking if running is out. Take it slow and you will be more likely to stick with it. Don't think you are going to do it overnight. It took longer than that to put on the weight right. It will take time and effort to take it off.

    Did my first power walk tonight for 75mins and let me tell you my feet hurt so much and my body is sore but deep down it felt good that I did it.
