I have gone WAY over today, but that Panda Express was worth it....and I haven't been eating thanks to a very upset tummy:sick: So I was catching up!
Anywho, here's the run-down
Breakfast was Rasin Bran and milk. Picked up a venti coffee too. lol
snack was two Tyson chicken fingers with fresh cut veggies ( I was STARVING)
Lunch was Panda express....NOM!! :smooched:
Snack when I get home will be apple slices before I work out (looking at an hour workout....should help burn some of that lunch off!!)
Dinner....If the hamburger is thawed, then something with that. If not, chicken noodle soup!!

Chicken Salad --Chicken breast, Celery, Onion, Almonds, and Miracle whip free
Organic whole grain cracker things- not sure of the brand name

This is a gym day and I burn a lot there so I eat quite a lot today.
So far:
Breakfast:
Coffee with splenda and 1 tbsp coffee mate cream
1 serving of blueberry muffin mini wheats
1/2 cup skim milk
Lunch:
Corn and Black Bean Enchiladas from Trader Joes
1 serving garden of eatin baked yellow corn tortilla chips
Salsa.
Afternoon Snack (or lunch #2)
PB&J made with Pepperidge Farm light wheat, 1 tbsp natural PB and 1 tbsp low sugar jam.
Chocolate milk made with skim milk and lite Hersheys syrup.
Dinner:
Going to the mall...will probably have Fresco menu from Taco Bell or Subway.
Dessert:
Going to Cold Stone after dinner at the mall....so probably the light ice cream they have with fruit.0 -

cafeteria hamburger and 10 fries (gross I know...I ate my lunch I brought when I got to work even though I ate breakfast...and then had a school lunch)

:sick: I am having a TERRIBLE AWFUL EXTREME case of DOMS in my legs today...yesterday I went a little too gung-ho with my endurance work hehe...oops :bigsmile: So I'm not eating as much since I'm just lifting.
