game system (PS3, wii, etc) workout game question

So I asked my fiance to pick me up a game to use for the PS3 move related to fitness...He brings me back some game called Workout with Mel B. I have tried it twice now. The first time I used it I did a 30 min workout, I burned like 150 calories or so. 2nd time, burned 150 Again after using it for 40 min. The game is basically dance/aerobics....
My question is this. Even though I am not burning many calories, should I still consider using this a good workout?? I mean I sweat and all, but feel like its a waste of time especially when I can go to the gym, bang out 25-30 min and burn about 300.
Does anyone else use something similar? If so, how do you feel about it. I feel like I should just go to the gym instead, or should I still count this as a decent workout since I did move for 40 min and wasn't just watching tv.
Can anyone suggest a decent workout game for the move?? (Don't say Zumba, I know about that one, just don't have enough pennies to pay for it yet, but tell me if it is worth the money or not if you know)
THANKS!

I use a PS2 game called Yourself! Fitness. It doesn't burn a ton of calories, but it does incorporate calisthenics and weight lifting into the routine and it changes it up for me. I run on the treadmill every other day alternating with the game and I think it's a perfect balance to target areas I'm not working with just aerobic exercise.0

Okay, I won't say " ". But I have it, and really like it! It was well worth it to me. Have fun with whatever you decide!!0

I use Your Shape in conjunction with the gym. It helps me hit the areas I miss at the gym, and lets me work out in less time so it's good for busy days.0

I have Zumba and EA Active 2... they both give me an awesome workout!!!0

I love zumba! I just bought the Zumba exhilarate...I did a 20 minute rush DVD and was soaked to death! Great investment...but nothing like Jillian Michaels DVDs too. You could check on Amazon to see if you can get some used ones!0

ooo you can say it...Its just that I didn't want 30 people to say it, seems like that is THE thing these days...0

I use the Wii Fit....its not a perfect workout but it's pretty darn good. Also, there's Zumba and dancing for almost all systems now. If you can't get to a gym it's not a bad way to get some exercise in.0
