So Hi Everyone!,
I have been on here for a few weeks, and I never have introduced myself. My name is Micki and I'm a pharmacy student. I am using my fitness pal to count calories. I gained about 15 lbs in pharmacy school. I do not want to let myself get back to my highest weight (155) and when I went over 140 again knew I had to do something! So I am trying to get my fitness on and watch what I eat. So far I really like using MFP. I also use the ap for my phone called Cardio Trainer and I really like it. I'm trying to start running. I ran a mile today and hopefully I will be able to run a 5K someday! I also like going for walks, Zumba, and swimming. So feel free to add me if you wanna be my friend!

You have a very nice active lifestyle. You'll surely be successful here. You'll get a great boost from friends. I'm trying to make running a daily thing. I just need to find the energy to wake up early in the morning before the sun burns me to a crisp. Good luck to you!0
