What's a good, healthy late night snack?

I'm a server at a restaurant and I usually work from 4-close (which usually is about 11 pm). That leaves me no time for an actual dinner or any time for a healthy snack. What is something healthy that I can eat that will fill me up? Usually I do peanut butter with an apple, or a bowl of cheerios. Is that ok?

    Sure. Anything that fits into your macros. For example, if I get to the end of the day and I have 50g of carbs and 10g of protein remaining, I lean toward something carb heavy. If I have 10g carbs and 50g protein, I lean toward something protein heavy.
  • I usually eat my dinner really close to 5, then I take 1 minute to eat some Chobani Greek Yogurt that I take to work around 8pm. The large amount of protein Greek Yogurt has keeps me filled up the rest of the night.
