My name is Katie. I am currently trying to lose weight gained in college. All my college partying and late night eating has taken over my short body. Its time for a change. I have been working out and eating under my calorie goals.

I currently weight 185.
I'd like to be 145-150.

    It works, follow the guidelines, do some cardio, count the exercise you already get and don't realize it, after the first 2 weeks you won't even want to cheat...( well almost won't want to ) - I still party occasionally and I count that too, I just don't let myself drink if I didnt work out that day.
