Hi Everyone,

I just finished my first 7 days and have really not done well with exercising, shame on me. I meet with a personal trainer Tuesday to get my workout program started. All I can say is in these past 7 days I am not craving sugars like before, the carbs crave is slowly going away. I still have to have bread but it is 100% Whole Wheat Bread.

I did manage to lose about 3 lbs, so I guess that is a good start. Now I just got to work on eating throughout the day and exercising 3 times a week, along with a normal sleeping schedule so I am not sleeping all day long. :yawn:

    Good luck, Flo! The sugar cravings are the hardest for me too. They never seem to go away. Focus on the good things you did last week and vow to make the next 7 days even better.
