Hi everyone!
My July challenge was going to be to start P90X lean version but I am now debating wether to do Insanity instead. I have both so will do them both but really I am asking which is better for me personally.
Here is a little bit about me.. I'm 27 and have Pretty good fitness. I'm 5'5'' and currently weigh 132lbs. Body fat is 26%. I really wanna get fit but definitely need to drop some more fat first.
So anyone who has done one of these workouts, (or both!) in your opinion which would I get the best fat burning results with?
My idea was to start with Insanity then if I get desired results go to P90X classic.
Thanks for reading!

from what i understand Insanity is a lot of cardio and P90x has cardio and weight lifting. I've done P90x and i enjoyed it.
Its really personal preferance.0 -
If I could do it all over again, I would do Insanity first. It will burn through all the goo and then do P90X afterwards to really build lean strong muscles.
I'm on Day65 today of P90X, about to start Plyo right now.0 -
Thank you! I think I shall start with insanity then... I'll be sure to post my before and after pics!0
