Wii Fitness

I have my Wii and all the whistles and bells... I was thinking in alternating it with my gym. Do you think I'll get a good workout or should I just stick to the gym?

    I use the Wii at least 4 times a week and alternate it with DDR, Just Dance or Zumba. Or just plain walking outside. Give yourself some variety. ;)

    Wii can be a great addition to your workout routines. I *LOVE* Wii Super Hula Hoop - you can burn CRAZY calories on that! :bigsmile:

    I say do whatever you want and can to make your workouts fun and interesting. You'll be more apt to do them that way :smile:

    Agreed, I play just dance and mje with my wife and we get a damn good workout with them. It's a lot of fun at the same time so you don't feel like it's a chore to do.

    Use the Wii. Not only will you burn off calroies but you'll have aload of fun doing it and that will give you incentive to carry on. I'm normally in fits of laughter when I've used mine. Super hula hoops are hilarious lol x
