Back At It Again

Hello :)
I've been here for over 2 years on & off, I have some disabilities, (which isn't an excuse, don't worry!) :P
My main thing is sticking to things, I have such a hard time doing it, so I was wondering, would anyone want to be friends with me & keep me in tact? I can do the same for you if you'd like ^^ Just a bit about me, I'm a 21 Year Old Male, 186 lbs, I'd like to be around 138-145 lbs, so I have quite a bit to lose, I'm on some medication, so it makes me hungry a lot, which is why I gained the weight, not 'cause I eat a lot, (well not totally) it's the damn food choices I make, NOT healthy at all :/ Plus working in a restaurant & getting a free meal while working doesn't help all that much. LOL! So ya, if anyone wants to be friends, friend me with a little note :)

    You have to some how find a way to make it a lifestyle and not a diet. I know it is hard for someone your age to be around friends and working in a restaurant but you can do it. Everytime you have a choice make a healthy one. Think about it and don't let the little voice tell you screw it. Slow and steady and make it forever and you will never have to diet again.
