Hi my name is Lisa and I have dieted all my life. I have been a Weight Watchers lecturer three times teaching classes. I have traveled around the US as a military wife and now that my husband is retired we live in MN. I lost 20 pounds and kept that off for a year. I lost ten pounds this year and hit a brick wall.

I know I need to excersice and I hate it. So today I am vowing to get it in. I am doing shakes and one big meal and three snacks a day. My challenge is to do this with my husband being laid off from work. I did well when he was gone and now he loves to eat! Ice cream comes out at 9:30 and last night I passed on it!

I want to lose 10 pounds the rest of this month...and am going to make a change. Work on Consistencey!
