    I really recommend changing your protein (to everyone). Increase to 30%, fat at 30%, and carbs are the remaining 40%. I feel much fuller, more satisfied and was able to break a plateau by making darn sure I hit my protein goals most of the time. Go to set goals and custom, then you can adjust your macro ratios.

    I disregard any sugar from natural sources and only look at those from processed foods. Those I limit as much as possible (but I still go over).
