Hey, I'm trying to help my niece out with a nutrition assignment.

Anyone out there on a 1500-2000 calorie/day diet* that wouldnt mind me snooping around in your food journal?
I'd greatly appreciate it!

    Up until a couple weeks ago I was like that. You can help yourself to mine.

    Edit: If you go to April or before on my food diary I was at 1600 calories a day consumed...or more. In May I switched down to 1300 to loose a few more pounds.

    Okay, please ignore the last week, I was traveling and then feeling crappy, but before that I was usually in that range.

    I'm not 100% consistent with logging, but when I do, I'm in that range.
