Thanks to much trial and error and determination I have been able to shed 30 lbs over the last two years, keep it off , and achieve a body fat of 8%, and a BMI if 22.4 (I'm 6' 1"...current weight 170). I used to weigh just over 200 and have BF of 25%.
The journey isn't over not by a long shot.....but if you want to change you.....anything is possible!
