Ok I'm posting a few foody topics!! Sorry!

I like salad with for my lunch, usually follwed by an apple and a smoothie and something sweet (See my sweet tooth thread!) I usually feel ok but I never reach my calorie target for the day and I'm scared of going into starvation mode. So i figured I should bulk out my salad (May even reduce the need for my something sweet)

What could I bulk it out with? I though of couscous?

An example salad is like watercress with Ham or chicken.

I should probably put peppers or something in it too but don't like tomatoes, cucumber and some other salads!!!!

My personal favorite that I make at home….
    Baby Spinach
    Pepperjack or Mozzarella Cheese
    Turkey Pepperoni (or Turkey Bacon)
    Hard Boiled Egg
    Blackened Salmon
Kens – Healthy – Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressed (45 calories for two tables spoons)

I can stay within my calories and feel VERY full. Plus, the protein you get from the Salmon really helps with your muscles if you are working out/strength training frequently.
