Started The Zig Zag

Hi Fam:

Started my zig zag on Monday and stayed under my calorie goal. Hooray! Today however, my calorie intake is 1,236. I did 50 minutes of cardio so I got the bonus of 295 calories. So it was upped to 1,531 calories. Should I stick with the 1236 or eat the extra 295? This only happens when I do cardio. I alternate weight training with cardio six days per week.

Please help!

    If you are following the freedieting.com guidelines you don't eat them if you've already entered your workout schedule on the site.
