Hi all
I'm currently just over halfway through the 30 day shred and really enjoying it. However I'm finding that 20 mins leaves me wanting more so i am doing level 2 and level 3 consecutively to make a 40-45 minute workout. This has got me thinking about where i want to go next and which programme to choose out of those most commonly mentioned on mfp. I dont want to have to buy any extra equipment but i do have a set of handweights varying in weight which i can use. Any ideas.

If you like Jillian but want a longer workout, look at her No More Trouble Zones and Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. Some similar moves in there and each workout is like 45 mins long.0 -
I REALLY like her No More Trouble Zones DVD since it is more about weights than cardio (I live in an upstairs 1910 apartment building so no jumping jacks for me!) Jackie Warner's Power Circuit Training is a good one two. They are both about 45-50 minutes.
Good luck on continuing your fitness journey!0 -
Thanks for the suggestions...will definitely look into those.0

You could try Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. I'm not sure if it requires additional equipment though.0

I really like the look of that however it is not available in the UK at the moment. I've been looking at turbofire and chalean extreme and was wondering if thats a suitable progression from 30DS0
