I was interested in finding more about water weight, so I looked into it. Here's a very good article I found:

Just thought I'd share.

This is awesome news, I've cut my usual soda out of my diet and have only been drinking water (and the occasional cup of hot tea) during the day!

Great article! The only problem is that if you go by their calculations I should be drinking 24 glasses of water a day... my back teeth will be floating!

Great article! It makes so much sense.

Only until that initial flush is done.

Besides, they consider a glass of water 8 oz. which really isn't that much. Most glasses that people use are at least 12 oz.

Interesting stuff, BUT recent research has shown that caffeine does not dehydrate, so don't worry about that section. Booze on the other hand...

I read something similar just yesterday! I upped my water intake from 64 oz to 90 oz... I'm hoping to hit 120 oz today and keep that up. I weighed myself this morning and sure enough... 1 pound down!

Great article, thanks for sharing. It seems so basic and something that most of us know, but reading it gives us (or at least me) the extra push to make sure I keep with it. :flowerforyou:
