A friend told me about this site and I love it. My names is Donna and I am a diabetic so I am try very hard to lose some weight, I am 67 next month and work at Wallmart as a greeter and love it. Would take any advise that people want to give. Thanks :smile: :smile:

    Welcome....you will love this site! Keep longing your food! It is suprising how many calories we used to eat everyday.
