Hello everybody :)

I have only been with MFP for about a week now, but I already love it! Having tried to diet in the past I've always caved in and picked at snacks in between meals, and told myself ''oh, I'll start again tomorrow!'' (i think we all know that phrase!) But with the food and exercise tracking on here, I'm finding it so useful to see how many calories I've had/burnt!

A little bit about me, I'm 20 and a uni student from the South of England :) Love spending time with friends and family and i'm a keen netball and tennis player. I'm not looking to loose a drastic amount of weight, but a couple of stone and tone up would be fab! I'm trying to go to the gym 3 times a week and for a good hour each time to get my fitness levels up so it also improves my netball and tennis skills as well as loosing those extra pounds!

Looking forward to making new friends and to loosing the weight together!! :)

    welcome im hoping to lose around 14-20lbs by october and to tone the kiddy belly
    mfp is fantastic for keeping track and for making me look and think ok why did i eat that biscuit packet and go way over on calories
