How to log 30-Day Shred

I was just curious how others had logged 30-Day Shred (Level one) into their exercise log? Just 20 minutes of circuit? Thanks for the help!

    So what about when you move up to Level 2 and 3? I assume you burn more calories on those levels? Do you add 5 minutes or so to your circuit time for each level?

    Agreed with everyone, I logged it as circuit when I did it! I hope to get back into it
