Name is Marie....figured I would say hello and try to build a support or at least a communication exchange

Trying to lose 50lbs....within a 6 mo/period.

Having trouble getting motivated to exercise.......

Any suggestions?

    Force yourself to do 30minutes of cardio a day, once you see results you won't have to force yourself any longer.
