4 Calorie Banana Cookies...

Options
These are super yummy! I swapped 1/3 cup of Vegetable oil for applesauce. Sometimes I add in 1/4 cup of choc chips... yummo!

Ingredients
• 3 ripe bananas
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
• 1/3 cup Apple Sauce
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, dates, oil, and vanilla. Mix well, and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly brown.

I hope you enjoy this pretty healthy snack as much as myself & my partner do!

Do you think this would work without the dates? I have all the ingredients right now EXCEPT those.

I never use dates... I am not a fan, so yeah GO FOR IT!

It makes around 20, depending on how big you make them
