Ok how do i put this?
You know all that good information, Proteins, carbs, fats, sugar, fiber sodium...and so on?
How many grams of each should you be eating a day? Ive heard you should eat about 35-40 grams of fiber a day but MFP only says to eat like 13-15 ..or something like that? So then what is the CORRECT amount of each you should be consuming?
thanks for the help in advance

Proteins, carbs, and fats will all vary based on your calorie needs. There's no set number that covers everyone. Fiber I have found I need to nearly double MFP's numbers. Sodium is recommended 2500, I believe.

Yeah fiber is almost impossible to get higher than 35 on a daily basis so sites usually say to shoot for 25-35. Most people only get 10-15 sadly. But if they don't care then it doesn't really matter. Ha. Sodium like he said should be below 2500 but most people can't keep it that low every day, myself included. Just try to keep it from going over 4000 every day as a good starting point. MFP gives you like a 1 to 1 to 4 ratio for fat, protein, and carbs. That's a good place to start. You can adjust from there based on what you're doing. If you're trying to gain muscle then you need more protein and less fat and carbs.
