Even though the past couple days have been very tough eating-wise as my wife and I are grieving the loss of her grandmother, I was able to button the neck part of my shirts with no problem! No more worrying if my shirts are going to fit!
Now just gotta get back on track with eating and healthy and working out as the last couple days have been a struggle. Appreciate the support of all of you on here!
