I've been on here for just under a month and I've been eating really well and getting at least 4-5 days of exercise each week. Sometimes I go under my caloric intake by not eating my exercise calories and sometimes I border it off.. I mix it up!
For the past two days, I've been feeling really tired and even sometimes slightly light-headed. Could this be as a result of my change in eating habits? I mean, its been more than three weeks now I've changed how I eat, but if its not that, then what??

I'm going to say what I told another MFP user with a similar problem: you should make an appointment with your doctor.
This could be caused by any number of things, including anemia, problems with your blood sugar or blood pressure, and/or vitamin deficiency. This is why they say we should consult a doctor before starting a new diet/exercise regimen.... but we never do, lol.
Get checked out! It's the only way to know for sure.
(Almost the same thing happened to me --- I had bloodwork done, turned out it was a vitamin D deficiency.)0 -
Just a little dip in blood sugar, its really common.
Just make sure you bring a banana or an apple with you anytime you start feeling a little light headed, that should solve your problem.0
