Help! Hurt my foot!

I ran my first half marathon last Sunday, (yay go me!), but I seem to have hurt my right foot in the process. :grumble: It feels fine when at rest, but hurts to walk on it. I have been taking it easy, and I am waiting to see how it feels on Wednesday and Thursday before I go to see the doctor, but I can't take another day off of working out.
Does anyone have any ideas for exercises I could do at home that won't impact my foot? I know I can always do some sit-ups, but sit-ups only do so much! I tried push ups last night, but it was a no-go for the foot. :frown:
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

fantastic on the half marathon half marathon!
There is a great range of upper body exercise you can do either with or without weights.
also there are quite a few cardio machines that have little or no impact on the feet.0 -
If you're not start icing your foot right away. You might try bicycling, or swimming.0
