New to the MFP Forums

I've been using MFP on my phone, so I had no idea there were forums until yesterday when I logged in on my home computer :laugh: I'm so glad to have this resource now! Here is a little about myself...

I'm a stay at home mom to 2 boys. When my youngest son was a little over a year old, I went into my husband's office for a health & wellness day. I was shocked at my weight and Body Fat %. So, I knew I had to get myself in gear. That was in March of 2010. Since then I have lost 38 lbs :smile: I am one of those people who loves to work out, it's the eating well where I struggle. Once I started with portion control and logging what I was eating, the weight really started to drop off. I seem to have hit a plataeu with about 10 more lbs to go. I'm trying to keep my mind on the goal and not let myself get frustrated.
