Freedieting.com zig zag calculator

Having some trouble here deciding which level I should use for my zig zag calculator on freedieting.com. I exercise six days per week alternating cardio and weight training. Should I go with the three day a week listing because it's close to MFP's calorie intake for me, or go with the five day a week listing? Today, I was at 1236 calories (3 days per week exercise listing) and I'm about to eat my arm off at this point with 323 calories left to consume for the rest of the day.

What to do what to do?

    Don't eat your arm off....to many calorie. Go get your baby carrots and go for it.

    I went to the site to see what it was like, it has me with several hundred more calories than MFP does. I am going to get into this site and research to see how they compare....good luck with your weight loss journey!!

    Since you don't have much to lose, I'd go with the 3 day a week. On mfp you should have your setting around 1/2 lb to 1 lb a week.
