WEEK 6 girls, can you believe it?! It seems as if this summer is already flying by!!!! Sorry for the delay in this week's check-in... I've been scrambling to catch up from last week, which turned into a mini vacation! :D

    Current weight: 144 (booo! although I should just be happy to not have gained, b/c being away from home all last week was hard!! but, I did wear my bikini at the pool and felt good. it's completely apparent I need new bikini's though--all of my old ones are falling off of me!!)

    A spray tan for sure! There's something about a little color that covers up any little flaw on your body. Plus, my girl does custom spray tanning, so she can create abs. HA!

    What's your work-out schedule look like for this week?
    Monday: rest day/gardening
    Tuesday: strength training
    Wednesday: 2 mile run/sprints/plyo/abs
    Thursday: strength training
    Friday: 2-3 mile run/sprints/HIIT/abs
    Saturday: strength training
    Sunday: more gardening!! :D

    Nope - I actually start my work placement for my degree on July 4th so end of summer for me :sad: I do have rewards though which are:

    Goal weight: JNL Apparel
    Goal waist size: Holiday to Mexico in March 2012
    Toned: Hair extensions

    Keep it up: nose job.

    What's your work-out schedule look like for this week?

    Monday 13th: day off
    Tuesday 14th: 6 Week 6 Pack
    Wednesday 15th: Run and 6 Week 6 Pack (maybe even Top Fit as well)
    Thursday 16th: 6 Week 6 Pack & Top Fit
    Friday 17th: 6 Week 6 Pack Level 1 and Level 2
    Saturday 18th: 6 Week 6 Pack & run (of not raining)
    Sunday 19th: 6 Week 6 Pack and Top Fit

    Current weight: 129.6
    Pounds lost since last week: 2.4 (To be fair, most of this is probably because I was essentially on a liquid protein diet for several days after surgery, and I would not be surprised to see the scale move a little closer to last week's weight next check-in now that I am back to my normal diet and not getting to exercise).

    Question of the week: When you hit your goal will you do anything else to get bikini ready??? A wax? Or a spray tan? Or some sort of shaping swimwear???? I might go to the tanning bed a few times - we don't have any quality spray tan places around or I would try that. But it all depends on what I feel like when the time comes. :)
    What's your work-out schedule look like for this week?

    Had sinus surgery last Wednesday and I'm not supposed to exercise for two weeks. I'm going to try and do a couple things towards the end of this week and see how I feel after them. If I feel good enough, I'll add some light exercising in like a little more walking and maybe a hike.

    The good news is I finally spotted a bikini I like! It's Victoria's Secret though so online only, and I'm not sure I want to order it to have it be an instant return. Have any of you ordered their bikinis with good or bad results before?

    I am confused as to how I missed the past 4 weeks?!?!?!?!?1 I posted in the week 2 asking if it was still going on as I hadnt seen any more posts?!?!?!?!? :( Now I find this one :(

    anyway last weigh in which was Friday I was 127lbs 1lb away from my goal!

    What's your work-out schedule look like for this week? been bad this week as hubby has been off so just been walking etc but back on it today so a bit of JM not sure if I will do the 30ds or no more trouble zones, also need to do some serious toning exercises for the above areas so if you have any great toning exercies for them Id be most grateful if you share :)

    What's your work-out schedule look like for this week? Depends how I feel. 40 minutes walk most days, 25-45 mins cardio 4-5 days and NMTZ 2-3 days. Plus weights 2-3 times.

    i have been sick :-( so not much in terms of working out lately. Between injuries and illness I am so ready to be done and back to 100% normal. My weight is still the same. I am feeling about 80% better today so I am thinking I will take one final off day and then back to it tomorrow. I am going to restart my ChaLean Push Phase.

    Once I reach my goal I will continue to tone and work on those abs! I wish I could get rid of my lovely baby stretch marks and gall bladder surgery scars so I could rock a bikini but a Tankini will be just fine too.

    My workout this week:

    Mon_Wed: Off sick and injured
    Thursday: Restart ChaLean push phase and Zumba
    Friday: ChaLean Bunr Intervals
    Saturday:ChaLean Push Circuit
    Sunday: Bootcamp

    I'm not weighing in until Friday but it looks like everyone is staying on track. Well done to all the weight lost!

    As for my workout schedule this week, I decided to change things up. I haven't been seeing any weight loss for the past several weeks and decided it's time for a change. I changed my weight loss goal to 1 lb/wk which increased my daily calorie intake, started running/walking every day and mixing in a few Jillian dvd's throughout the week.

    This is different because I would do a dvd every day and run if I had extra time. Hopefully I'll see some changes! Have a great week everyone!

    i would love to get a wax but i can't afford it right now. i have been tanning (i know.. i know) so i will keep up with that.

    i have come to realize that i will probally not make my goal of 150 by july 4th. i am happy that i was able to get over my plateau and get the weightloss rolling again!!

    Since I kinda had to revamp my goal (because really? 120? Too far) I'm not tracking pounds at all. But I'm super happy with how I look right now. I'm going to continue w/ P90X and running (BIG 8 hour endurance run in 10 days!!!!).

    This week:
    Monday - P90X Back and Biceps
    Tuesday - P90X Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
    Wednesday - Biking & light run
    Thursday - Biking
    Friday - P90X Legs and Back
    Saturday - light run

    TH. elliptical 30 min intervals, back, (mow lawn 1 hour+)
    Fri. Run miles..later Relay for Life event overnight into Saturday ..probably walk 2-3 hours! yikes!
    Sat. (after event..) REST!!!!
    Sun. Long run again 10-11 miles

    After taking some measurements.... I lost a total of 3 inches!!! I measure my waist (skinniest area), My belly button, and my hips tp get that :wink:

    Sunday: elliptical, 60 mins.
    Monday: hike 60 mins
    Tuesday: Yoga, & Palates 60 mins
    Wed: circuit training + elliptical, each 30 mins
    Thurs: Abs & arms workout 30 mins
    Fri: lower body workout, 30 mins

    I have moved down to a smaller adjustment on my bra hooks though so that's encouraging (LOL!)
    Sat: whatever I feel like!!!
