Hi everyone!

I just downloaded the app to my phone and I've been figuring it out all day and so far I LOVE IT!!! Even better that it's all sync'd with this site! Awesome!!!

Just a little about me... since Jan 2010 I've lost 50 lbs on my own, basically cutting carbs. Jan of this year I joined Curves, a circuit training facility (for those not familiar with Curves). But, I've completely hit a plateau and haven't budged in months. My coach at curves has been trying to get me to log all my food so as I was searching for a food journal app since I always have my phone with me, I came upon MFP and wow, it's great!

Looking forward to making some new friends...

    Welcome Barbara!! I also joined Curves this past January. Do they have Curves with Zumba? I love it. It really helps keep you accountable when you log your food and exercise. I tried several other site for logging food and this is the best. Feel free to add me as a friend.

    Yes the Curves I belong to has Zumba but I haven't tried it yet.

    Yes it's women only. Which I don't mind when you're hot, sweaty, and feeling gross. It's circuit workout, in & out in about 30 minutes, love it!
