Which fats are the worst? What's the difference? How do they affect your body? I'm trying to put it all together...

Not all fats are bad. Mono-unsaturated and poly-unsaturated along with your omega-3's are considered healthy and are the ones to aim for. Trans fat is the worst...saturated fats are correlated with high cholesterol.
Basically, just choose foods that are not processed and/or fried. Go for lean cuts of meat like chicken, turkey, fish, and lean beef.
I never recommend cutting them out or severely limiting them like the fad diets of the 90s, though. Just make sure you are getting the healthy ones instead of the processed greasy ones. :flowerforyou:0 -
