Fage Greek Yogurt (USA)...

... is amazingly delicious. Plain or with blueberry. I was turned off by their plain simple packaging, and went for the cute Chobani Greek yogurts. Fage is so much better. I also like how the fruit is separated, so you do not have to have the full amount. (I wish there was an easy way to log only having half the sugary fruit.)

If anyone is interested they have coupons on their website. fageusa.com
And no I'm not getting paid by them, lol, I just fell in love with the product this week, and hit my protein target for the first time ever today. :)

Ooh, I love Fage too! Only Greek yogurt I like! I usually just get the plain and mix it with some granola that's already sweetened a little and has almonds and fruit in it - love Kroger's vanilla almond and the cranberry almond. Mmmm!

I buy the plain and have a 1/2 cup with some fresh blueberries or blackberries for breakfast sometimes. It's good stuff!

That's the kind that I like as well. I like fresh pineapples mixed in, or fresh strawberry slices. I also use it in place of sour cream for recipes. YUM!

I find Fage to be far superior to Chobani. I like to mix the plain stuff with equal parts Kashi Go Lean Crunch for sweetness.

That's funny, I actually hate the Fage and LOVE the Chobani. Different tastes.

I LOVE the Stonyfield Farms Plain Organic yogurt (I stir in pineapple or blueberries), but I just tried Cabot Greek Style and...ugh, it smells like mayonnaise. I'm thinking maybe I can make some kind of dip out of it, but I don't think I can eat it for breakfast. Maybe I should try the Fage or Chobani.
  • Fage I could just eat plain.
Chobani or Dannon, I need to add cinnamon or Polaner sugar free preserves.

My whole Fage is better than Chobani is just for the plain though. I have not tried much of the flavored ones for either brand (just blueberry for Fage). I do, however, love the little champoin chobani honey nana flavor. Its too sugary to be really MFP friendly for me, but I love the taste. I've always been a sucker for banana flavored yogurt, and honey banana, just can't be beat taste-wise.

I prefer Fage to Chobani, but like both a lot. I get the Fage 2%. Much preferred over both brand''s 0%.

i usually use mine in a savory way. I like to mix green tomatillo salsa with it, and use it over grilled fish or meat. Also, i use it in place of sour cream, or anything in need to moisten something up, like a plate of veggies or something, instead of butter.

I use both Fage and Chobani n/f plain, just depending on what is on sale. (yes, we have established that I am cheap)

They are great in savory applications. I made a sauce with pressed garlic, dill, basil, cracked pepper and smoked paprika that worked really well on roasted eggplant, grilled peppers, grilled zucchini, and baked potato. They also blend well with both salsa and Asian chili garlic paste, I usually add some fresh cilantro to these two mixes.

I was not impressed with Zoi, to me it just tasted like standard n/f yogurt without the creamy texture that makes the Greek / Mediterranean styles so appealing.

These two are also good for making Labne (yogurt cheese). They just take an additional strain through cheesecloth and about a day in the fridge to drain the excess liquid.

I LOVE Fage. I eat it plain and use it in recipes instead of sour cream - the men in my family can't even tell the difference. I buy big tubs of it at Costco and go through at least 2 a week for much cheaper!!

I'm in the UK - our FAGE is the same as yours! (Not many things are, but this one is). I have the 0% with honey for breakfast. Love it.

And Fage here in Greece is the favorite as well. Since you can't get sour cream in Greece, I use yogurt as a substitute, and will never go back to sour cream! A little secret about Greek yogurt - it is best plain with a touch of honey. Preferably Greek honey. ;)

I have to agree, I prefer Fage over the others because it is not quite as tangy. Chobani, I absolutely have to add something, like vanilla and a sweetener, to cut the tang to an acceptable level. Fage is just thick creamy goodness. Mmm!

I just put USA in the title because I was sharing the website with coupons, but I didn't think it would work in other countries. :)
