    You WILL be able to reach your goal here! Words just can't describe just how fantastic MFP is! You'll discover it for yourself pretty quick though, I'm sure!
    I recommend logging all your foods BEFORE you have them, rather than later, as it tends to lead to better food choices. Drink lots and lots of water too, it helps!
