I'm no longer with the woman who made me unhappy. I no longer have the job that made me unhappy.
Now I have to lose 30 pounds that makes me unhappy.

I am shredding myself of the things that aren't good. Yes, I mean shred. Shredding eliminates it completely. Shedding just leaves it behind. And going after the life that I WANT.

It's a new day. Every day.
