While I've had a MFP account for a few months, I'm just starting to really use it. I'm a new mom and want to lose 30 lbs and get fit. I've joined my local YMCA and take spinning and kickboxing classes. I've also started the 30 day shred program (today). I hope to stay motivated by reading about your successes!
